MS/Sysinternals DBGView.EXE gets Floating Point Error

WinXP Client
Trying to use DBGView.exe to capture messages during development. On my WinXP machine (Not virtualbox client) it works fine. On my win7/64bit (Not virtualbox client) it works fine. When used inside the VB WinXP client the DBGView starts but as soon as the programs start sending messages the attached screen pops up. One popup per message sent. I have searched for an answer and didn't find anything but people trying to mess with the registry.
Any ideas what I need to do to make this work inside the VB WinXP Client?
