Windows XP slow boot

I am running VirtualBox 4.1.2 on Windows 7 64 bit. When I start a Windows XP (32 bit) client, it takes almost 10 minutes to boot. Starting a Windows 7 client is normal. Any ideas on settings I may have wrong?

Run BootVis to see what is slow. If this doesn't help, install the Windows PErf Toolkit on a Win7 machine and copy the files to XP and make a xbootmgr boot trace.
