The kernel is new the last one 3.xx

can you explain how i can build new vitualbox rpm

the necessery file for that and the process

http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewforum.php?f=31 should get you a build, but the rpm part is not going to work since the build rpm is still broken in VirtualBox AFAIK.
