Hello, i would like to ask, why i cant ping from win7 to win08 VMachine.. i understand that intnet is similar to vmnet in vmware.
So i random choose same ip subnet for my machines (192.168.100.x). Here is a screenshot
http://2i.cz/eb3eb69c4f. Both machines are in 'intnet' but they dont see each other, why? Thank you.

Remove the gateway on the Win7 unit.

I tried it before but it doesnt work, in vmware it works so i think its something in VBox setting, but both adapter are active and in 'inside network' intnet with same subnet. Thanks

What ever. I do know that if you assign a gateway it will not work.
Not to mention that the gateway you set looks like it is the other guest the best I can tell (don't know the language in the screen shots)
VMware might not follow standard network protocols but VirtualBox does.

Connecting two vms to the same same internal network is just like plugging two physical machines into the same switch. If they have the correct IP addresses and netmasks they can communicate. (If they are both Windows machines you do not need to configure anything. They will get APIPA addresses with no gateway and be able to communicate locally). If you only want communication between these two machines you do not need a default gateway. A gateway is only required to access other networks, and it should be the IP address of the router which links this network to another (if one exists).
Ping is not a reliable test for network connectivity these days. Most built-in firewalls block it by default.

Really thank you, i add allow rule for ping to firewall at server and it works now, i though before that windows server allow ping by default (like as 2003 version, thats why i was pinging from client to server), and in vmware it works because on server i had dhcp so its my wrong, thanks again.
