Microsoft expression web menus don't show problem?

Hello,

I have my windows 7 installed on a VM, everything is working perfictly all softwares such as adobe and apple or any other. I am facing one problem only its that the expression web is showing like this image

Note: all menus and borders are invisible !!

However running under safe mode it shows up perfectly ... Now the question is why is this happening? After 10 hours or trying in disabling some services/devices I got into this conclusion

Disabling "Virtualbox Graphics Adapter" will solve the problem, but in this case i can't have the resolution desired !!!!

Why is this happening & is their a work around for it ? does anyone else face the same problem

Running : Ubuntu 11.04 Host, Windows 7 64bit guest, screen resolution 1080p
Virtualbox 4.1.2, Latest guest addition is installed "and in safe mode so 3D is installed"

Have you installed guestadditions with 3D support? 3D is currently not perfect.
Try uninstall and installing guestadditions without 3D support.
