That really depends. You have Linux other as your host in your profile and you also say OSE other.
Very little information to go on. What is the host and where did you get your version of VirtualBox?
I can tell you that you will more than likely have to remove the current version to be able to use the new one since it is a major upgrade.

Host is Windows.
Two VMs Ubuntu 10.04/Ubuntu 11.04

Go here VirtualBox Download and download the new version.
Install and you should be good to go. Be sure to also get the Extension Pack to match your version.
