ok about 3 times the virtual box has just closed down no explanation
and sometimes when i change the screen mode it makes a black screen in the vm
then when i bring up the task manager its ok and goes back to normal
thank you for taking your time to reed this and please give me some light on these issues.

Did you install guestaddtions with the new 3D support?
I have seen that behaviour when running fullscreen, which is why I ask.
