My host is Win XP. I had only a little trouble building my VirtualBox, but that's done, as is installing Windows 7 in the VM. I have also gotten so far with the guest additions that I don't have to keep hitting the right Ctrl key to navigate between XP and 7. I don't select the 3D button, and don't install in safe mode. Problem seems to be in either in my settings, or in some part of the procedure I'm missing to install the drivers; in either case, I keep getting this error message:
Windows could not find driver software for your device
If you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit it's website and check the
support section for driver software.
Here's an image of my settings:

This sent me on a wild goose chase. What struck me as very odd was that under Storage, it lists as my secondary master the iso for VBox Guest Additions. Windows 7 works flawlessly. That might lead me to wonder if I had really installed the VM, but when I was setting it up, I allocated 20 GB of space to it, and when I later installed Windows into it, Win 7 displayed only 1 partition, the one with 20 GB. I searched my drive for .iso files. No others but the copy of Guest Additions exist. It took quite a while to find this one, but there is no iso for the box itself which has me all confused and befuddled at the moment.
My objectives are to figure out that wild goose chase question and to fix it if it's broken or needs to be fixed, to get my networking and audio drivers properly installed, and maybe, to get my shared folders working. I'm hoping this is all part of the same issue. If some kind soul could help steer me in the right direction, I'd be much obliged.
