Create VM from one installed standalone windows

Hi
In our company, We have one Windows server that already installed on dedicated server. Now I want to move that server to VirtualBox environment. in fact I need to one tools that can clone whole windows server and then I can copy it on VirtualBox environment. Is there such tools?
I think there is such tools in Vmware collection that can clone whole system.
