I'm currently running Windows 7 Host with Windows Server 2008 Guest. I have 2 accounts in the server. I'm trying to remote in using my Ip address:port and I logged in using my administrator account. When my co-worker try to remote in using the same ip:port, the server is not asking him for credentials and he goes directly to my session. Is there a way that the server will ask him for credential and log to his own session instead of seeing mine?

If use the vrdp-server of Vbox, you will see the same "console" session as first an as the n-th user.
The autentification depends on the settings in vbox. The autentification you see in the first session seems to be the first login after startup.
if you connect to the guest IP, you will have seperate sessions.

I think that's a good idea but when I log in to the windows server 2008 and go to whatismyip I get the same ip as the host computer. Then there's no difference in what ip address I use. The only difference is the port number.

Use bridged network, so the guest will get an IP different from the host to get connected to the server from the network

I change the network configuration from Nat to Bridge.I Logged from my work to my house computer thru rdp using IP+3389 change the configuration to Bridge. Then opened another rdp connection to my guest server using the same ip + 5000. When I logged to my server account is saying that I don't have internet access. I wanted to go to the ie and check what is the external ip of the server to use that ip but I don;t have internet access. What's the problem now?

Well reading a couple of posts in here I notice that I have to install DHCP Server on my Windows 2008 server. I've installed the DHCP Server and selected the Bridge Network option and logged in again but still no internet connection. I've been reading a lot and trying different settings but no solution. Does someone knows the answer to the puzzle?

When you are using NAT Network the Server will be handed an IP by the VBox internal DHCP Server.
When going to bridged networking your VM Guest is located in your local network just as the physical host. So you should make sure that the network settings in your Server 2008 are compatible with your LAN (not the virtual network in VBox but your physical LAN). You esp. might have to adjust the address of the DHCP/DNS-Server within the guest.
As a rule of thump you could copy the network settings from your host to your guest as long as the host is set to DHCP.

Everything is fine with the exception that when I log to the server from the web thru rdp if I log first and another person try to log when he use rdp he sees me session instead of asking for credentials again. I'm using bridge network and I have separate internal Ip addresses but the external ip address is the same.

Then you are STILL logging in to the VRDP console session provided by VBox and NOT the real RDP port of the Guest.
