XP Guest randomly goes into Guru Meditation - HELP!

Hi,
I have a VM that I setup about a month ago that has been working nicely until recently and now it has just started going into Guru Meditation randomly. Sometime the system can run for 20 minutes or more, other times it dies just after logging in...
Just a bit of background...The VM was created from a ShadowProtect disk image and as mentioned was working fine. This is an old system that was needed to interface with a serial hardware device and needed a USB harlock key for the software to work. The old hardware was on the verge of dying and no copies of the installation software were available anymore. Anyway I was able to setup the VM to handle the serial traffic and also to map the USB key (albeit with some teething issues). The Host system is a Windows 7 system running on a corporate domain. Unfortunately we are not able to have local admin rights enabled for this user on the host machine (although it was enabled to allow the installation of Virtual Box and create the VM etc), but the IT guys have supposedly allowed the Virtual Box software administrative access...
Anyway I've run out of ideas on where to look as to what is causing this issue and I'm not sure what admin priviledges need to be set to allow VirtualBox to running properly and access the USB and COM ports on the host system etc.
If anyone is able to analyse the log files attached and shed some light on this issue it would be greatly appreciated!
