Copy paste with VRDE doesn't work properly

I cannot make copy / paste work from a Window VM towards a windows remote machine through a VRDE RDP session
Context : Virtualbox 4.1 on XP SP3 host machine
VM machine = XP SP3 With additions 4.1 installed
the VM is configured with bidirectionnal shared clipboard activated
The machine is launched with Vboxheadless
The machine is accessed from a Windows XP SP3 machine using RDP protocol client 6.0.6001 (RDP protocol 6.1)
Test done :
1) copy some test from a notepad application in the VM through the RDP session
2) try to paste on a notepad application in the remote windows Machine : The notepad application on the remote windows freeze and has to be killed.
If we try in the other direction (from the remote windows machine towards the VM) this works properly.
When I try to use the shared clipboard between the Host windows machine and the VM (the VM is launched in that case with the virtualbox GUI) this works properly in both direction.
Is it a bug or a restriction ?
