VirtualBox driver error 1912 on RHEL4 WS

Hello I've tryied to use virtualbox on a REHL WS 4 with a 2.6.9-67.0.4.EL-x86_64 kernel.
The rpm compiles and creates the driver ( /lib/modules/2.6.9-67.0.4.EL/misc/vboxdrv.ko), then insert the module in the kernel but when i start the application i obtain this error:

The VirtualBox support driver which is running is from a different version of VirtualBox. You can correct this by stopping all running instances of VirtualBox and reinstalling the software..
VBox status code: -1912 (VERR_VM_DRIVER_VERSION_MISMATCH).

I tryed the suggested procedure: /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup, but the error remains the same.
