Aero being really buggy in Server 2008

I enabled Aero in Windows Server 2008, and it looks really ugly. Before I say anything, I'll tell you my host's specs and guest's specs.
Hosts specs:
Celeron E3400
1GB Nvidia GeForce 9500GT
2GB DDR3 RAM
HDD probably doesn't matter, but it's a 1.5TB samsung

Guest's specs:
256MB video memory
2d video
3d
768MB RAM
again, it probably doesn't matter, but 40GB VDI dynamically expanding

So what happens is that there's no transparency even when it's enabled, and black borders appear everywhere when I move the window. Also, it's really laggy.
I do understand that it's the first WDDM drivers for VirtualBox and they could be buggy, but not THAT buggy...
I could wait until the problem fixes but if anybody could help fix it now then that would be cool. :)

I doubt that you will have any decent visual since you simply don't have the RAM this is going to take.
That being said be sure that you have the latest drivers for your hosts graphic adapter.

I might just be able to push it upto 1GB and possibly somewhere between that and 1.5GB if I close every program currently running. And I do have the latest drivers for my hosts card.
Though it could just be because Aero isn't supposed to be on Server 2K8. I'll try Vista or 7 sometime.

Stick with 7 you are pushing the PC way to hard with only 2GB of ram to start with to be able to use vista and get any speed.

I was talking about Vista/7 on the VM.
Also, a bit offtopic, I used to have 4GB of RAM, but I found out a 2GB stick was corrupted
EDIT: Doesn't work in Vista either.....
I'll go back to VMware FOR NOW, but when this bug is fixed I'll go back to VirtualBox.
But I still like VirtualBox.
