Can't Select ISO

I am trying to install (on the first-run menu) a copy of Windows 7 Professional I found online. It's a working ISO, but I can't select it because it appears as a VOLUME, which cannot be selected, acting like a folder. I use the latest OS on my Macbook. I do not know which version of VBox I am using, so I picked one at random on the register screen. I am using version 4.0.4.
