The virtual machine always ends up blocking, can anyone help me and tell me why?

Unless others also see the problem then your chance of getting a fix from the volunteers here is essentially zero. If you want the devteam to look at it then you would have to file a formal bug report on the bugtracker site (I'm afraid a separate signup is needed for that). Be aware that they will also ignore you unless you provide full information, e.g. attach a zipped log, and full details of any unusual circumstances or symptoms. Ideally you should give them enough information to reproduce the problem.

The "vbox.log" file can be found in the "Logs" subfolder of your VM folder - zip that and attach it to the bug report. Other details and symptoms needed to reproduce the problem... well it's up to you to make the description as complete but concise as possible.
