This is the only thing that failed when starting Virtualbox Linus 5.4 in an Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit. Can someone tell me what to do to fix the problem of failing file system. Without the file system I can not access system resources on the host box. The host is Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit and the guest is Oracle Virtualbox 4.0.12. Please help with the solution.

MOD Edit: Cross posting is not allowed. Other topics deleted. Screaming doesn't help either, removed the caps in the title.

You have it correctly in your profile. Your guest OS is Linux (Red Hat?) 5.4, not VirtualBox.

That sounds like a complete failure to me. How did you create this vm?

Instead of screaming murder and fire, running around in circles with your hands in the air, it's best to explain the situation properly. What do you have and what do you want? How did you get this situation? Is there any more information from the Guest OS?
