Hi
I have a Mint 11 host, and Win7 guest.
My Ethetnet card is bridged and have connection with my network.
I can't connect to my printer instaled on Win7
I see win7 on network, but i don't see the printer.

You would be better off searching the web for how to set up a shared printer on a home network. This isn't really a VirtualBox issue.
