I have put this topic in Suggestions cause i didn't find the Questions section ( sorry i was hasty)
the VirtualBox Extension Pack official link has never worked:

I just clicked and downloaded the ExtPack from the link you posted. What is your location?

Hummm. Reading a license that I had from Oracle it looks like Syria is not allowed to use some software. I am not the official source for Oracle though, so this is just for information, but might explain why you can not download it direct.
IX. EXPORT CONTROLS ON THE PROGRAMS: Pressing the "I accept the License Terms and Export Restrictions" button below is also a confirmation of your agreement that you comply, now and during the trial term, with each of the following statements:

maybe i've a problem with translation , or understanding, this license is for the program or for the extensions??
which mean i have to remove the program or just the extensions.??

As I said I don't know. It just *might explain why you could not download it from the original source. The license I got this from was a different Oracle product. You should contact Oracle to find out.

thanks for explaining , at first i thought that the server was blocked by the default proxy, (the page contained a large "Accesses denied") , now i realize the reson behind this denied , any way the extension doesn't contain Direct X 10.0 , which means i will uninstall it any way , thanks for explaining again.
