Virtual machine not running

Hi
I am trying to install a virtual machine in another virtual machine(64 bit processor).Guest operating system is Ms Windows 2008.
However,I am getting the following error:

Attempting to load a 64-bit application,however this CPU is not compatible with 64 bit mode

Please tell how can I remove it.

You cannot run a virtual machine in a virtual machine with VirtualBox. The host OS needs to be running on a physical machine, not a vm.

You can run a 64-bit guest under VirtualBox but only on a physical machine which supports hardware virtualization.
