xp crash with 3d support after upgraded to 4.0.10

After virtualbox upgrade to 4.0.10 version, my guest xp (32bit) with 3d enabled does not start. Virtualbox has stopped working.........

the only way to have guest working, is disable the 3d option. Even after a new installation of vm additions in safe mode, the guest machine does not start again.
This issue is present only under windows host. Under linux host the same guest start normaly with 3d enabled.

Can you help me ?

thank you,
Regards

Fabio.

(Almost) same thing here. After upgrading to vBox 4.0.10, I installed the respective GuestAddons.
After I rebooted the WinXP guest machine, it stays in the XP Bootscreen like forever (the blue bar moves but no HDD activity is displayed).

EDIT: Shame on me, without 3D enabled it works

As provided:

Host: Win 7 Ultimate x64
Guest: Win XP Professional x86
VBox and GuestAdditions: 4.0.10
