Your English is quite hard to understand, but infinitely better than my Italian.

I would translate your question as follows :-

On boot, my XP virtual machine does not show the desktop. When resized the virtual screen appears corrupted, the video driver on the host is the latest version. In safe mode the VM boots no problem, Windows gets to the desktop normally. The same host is running an Ubuntu VM correctly.

VirtualBox version is 4.0.10, as is the Guest Additions
One thing not clear from the above, is Windows still running or has it failed? I.e. is it purely a display issue?

And no offence, but this is the first question that occurs: was this installed from a normal, legal, XP setup CD? A pirated and cut down XP may not function correctly inside a VM. I suppose XP is still by far the most popular WIndows guest OS, and there must be some reason why those many other XP users have not reported your problem.

The problem is appears when installing as a host Win7 x64, with seven 32bit NO PROBLEM!

PS: Win7 x64 is complete with SP1

SOLVED: on guest removed cpu driver from hardware manager and guest is work
