Everything is so slow!

Post by Ohwae »

Hi, I have huge slowness problems in my windows XP guest OS.

I can't use it, booting is slow, everything responds in delay.
for example, right after I turn on if I click on "Start" only after 2-3 seconds it responds, but when I try to run more than one thing at a time - it takes even more.
running programs takes forever, clicking on folders too.
I mean, every operation you can think of is slow.

I can't use it! I don't know what's wrong!

Here are my laptop specs:
*Windows 7 ultimate
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M 370 @ 2.40GHz
2.00 GB RAM
Intel(R) HD Graphics

Please tell me if you need more specs, for now these are from the indexing window...

Guest settings? Did you start with a single processor setting and added more later? Turn it back to 1 CPU.
