I have VBox 4.0.8 intalled and I am trying to run WindowsXP as Guest from a WindowsXP host.
After successfully creating a new Windows XP machine I tried to power it up, but it keeps restarting in a loop. I see the blue screen flash sometimes and then it restarts again.
Using the same VBox I had Solaris10_9-10 intalled and it works fine.
Has anyone seen this happen before. I have read earlier posts but most of them got to the point where they could enter the safe mode.
But in my case, I cant even get there.

Re: WinXP Guest loops in reboot in WindowsXP host
Most obvious cause is settings. If they aren't the same, this happens.
