Vista reports 0mb or video RAM

Vista reports 0mb or video RAM
I set my VM to have 128MB of video RAM but windows reports 0MB. How do I fix this?

Why care for a number that's misread? Did you install the Guest Additions? Did you try to lower the VRAM? Why is this important in the first place?
