Anyone running guest OS with more than one vCPU?

Hi there
I'm trying to run some of my Guest OS'es with more juice than just one CPU, but I can't get it to run stable! It does work, but will crash randomly.
I have now downgraded a 2 vCPU Windows 2003 SE 32bit to only one vCPU. It's stable all right, but it also slow.
I would like to hear from you if you are running with more than one vCPU, how you did, and what version etc.
I'm using a Sun Fire X2270
System Configuration: Sun Microsystems SUN FIRE X2270
BIOS Configuration: American Megatrends Inc. 2.03 04/09/2010
BMC Configuration: IPMI 1.5 (KCS: Keyboard Controller Style)
==== Processor Sockets ====================================
Version Location Tag
-------------------------------- --------------------------
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5504 @ 2.00GHz CPU 1
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5504 @ 2.00GHz CPU 2
The OS is Solaris 11 Express:
SunOS x2270 5.11 snv_151a i86pc i386 i86pc Solaris
VirtualBox 4.0.8
Any help is appreciated!
Lars
