How to get 2D graphic acceleration?

Post by kebabbert »

There is no "2D" checkbox. So how do I get 2D graphics?

? Your Display section doesn't include an "Enable 2D ..."? What VBox version are you using?

I am using VirtualBox v.4.0.8, and the host is Solaris 11 Express. Guest is WinXP SP3.

There is no "enable 2D" checkbox. Should there be a checkbox? If so, then it is the Solaris version of VB 4.0.8 that lacks that feature. Does an earlier version of Solaris have that checkbox?
