Internal Network but no Internet

Hallo,
i´am using VB 4.0.4
Host: Win XP 64
Guest: WIN XP

I have a problem to get internal network AND internet.

When i use network bridge i have internal network, but no internet.

When i use NAT PCnet-FASTIII i have internet, but no internal network.

When i activate 2 adapter and the first one i choose the network bridge, i have no internet. When i disconnect cable of adapter 1 i have internet, but no internal network.

Can someone help?

Your question is confusing, which is no doubt why no-one has replied. I suggest you try again, and make it simpler: no nonsensical mixing of "bridged" and "Internal" in the same sentence, no mixing of logical network mode and NIC hardware emulation type in the same sentence.
