Windows 2003 SE 32bit crashes with more than one CPU

I'm running an Solaris 11 Express on a Sun X2270 with VB 4.0.8
I'm seing that my guests crashes randomly if I select more than one vCPU. They can run for hours or days, but they crash randomly!
Do I miss something?
It's not nice to have 16 vCPU, and only one VM that can't use more than one vCPU
Does anyone else see this problem?
BTW. I have a Solaris 10 guest with 2 vCPU that crashes randomly as well
The Windows server is imported from VMware Server 2.0, but the Solaris 10 VM is created on VB!
