After 4.0.8 Install All Windows XP Guests Can't Activate

I upgraded to 4.0.8 today and immediately started having issues with my Windows XP guests. I had one system that has been running for months with no issues and suddenly today needs activation again and cannot be verified as genuine. I also tried to build three different Windows XP guests each one failing to activate. When I ran the WGA Diag tool, I get an error stating that there is a Clock Sync Error with an error code of 10.
I have not gone back to the previous version, but I am very sure that 4.0.8 is the culprit here.
Please let me know if you have any ideas of what I can try.
