Bridge Connection keeps dropping on Guest XP (Vbox 4.0.8)

Hi guys,
Since upgrading from VirtualBox 3.2.12 to 4.0.8 I've been having problems with my connection on the guest OS.
I have to click "repair" every 15m to 30m so the IP renews and I can get internet acess again.
I have Tiny XP installed fresh on the Vbox 4.0.8 and use Bridge Connection to the Wireless card on the XP Host.
I tried downgrading to 3.2.12 but the problem persisted (I reinstalled the vm again).
My Host machine is:
Toshiba Tecra A8
Windows XP Pro SP3
Wireless Card is: Intel Pro/Wireless 3945ABG (I updated the drivers for the wireless card on the host machine and still the problem persists. Driver version for the wireless is 13.4.0.139 / 07-10-2010)
Guest OS is Tiny XP
I've changed the network cards on the guest OS from:
AMD PCNet FAST III to Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop then to Intel PRO/1000 T Server and then to Intel PRO/1000 MT Server, same issues.
Please can you guys help me out?
