Hi Folks,

Just got my new E35M1-M PRO running Ubuntu 11.04 64bit i tried to install Windwos7 in VB, which is doing fine on the bare metall.

Code: Select all

$ aptitude search virtualbox| egrep "^i"
i   virtualbox-4.0                  - Oracle VM VirtualBox
i   virtualbox-ose-dkms             - x86 virtualization solution - kernel modul
i   virtualbox-ose-guest-utils      - x86 virtualization solution - non-X11 gues
i A virtualbox-ose-guest-x11        - x86 virtualization solution - X11 guest ut
Config of vWin7:
2GB RAM, 2CPUs, no PAE
Chipset: ICH9, Enabled IO APIC
Storage: PIIX3, Use HostIO Cache
No Network, no USB, no audio

After the two initial bootscreenes i am lock up with this BSOD.

Changing the Strorage Type to ICH6 i get some "PAGEFAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" on the BSOD.

I am a little stucked.

Any Ideas?

Many thanks in advance.
