How to BOOT from USB

HOST: windows 7
Guest1: <none>
Guest2: <none>
USB1: linux 11.04 lite + account software
USB2: Mac OS X Server 10.5
how do i make my Vbox guest boot from usb.
i did press the F12 but only Floppy,Cdrom,Lan
no usb?

The virtual BIOS does not currently support booting from USB.

how do i go about requesting booting from usb be added.
is there any tools that can take a bootable-usb and make a bootable iso file from it?

See the Suggestions forum. In fact it has already been suggested several times, but I doubt it will ever happen. It's a request only newbies make: there's little real need for USB booting in a VM, because you can already mount any drive as a raw disk (not recommended), or you can make an image of the USB drive using Disk2VHD or similar and boot from the image. The USB-ness of the connection is usually not a vital factor.
Incidentally, "ISO" is not a synonym for "raw". Taking your question literally, converting a FAT or NTFS hdd image to a cdrom (aka ISO) image would be a complex and probably pointless procedure. Converting a physical disk to a virtual disk OTOH is easy (Disk2VHD is probably easiest, and creates a VHD file).
