You were clearly trying to run OSX on non-Apple hardware. That's a direct violation of the Apple Mac OSX EULA. In addition, only OSX SERVER is allowed in a VM. You have a desktop version and will not be supported. No discussion possible. Want to run it in a VM, sue Apple! Don't blame us volunteers or the devs.

Then to revise my previous question. How much dedicated memory from my previous system specs.

First of all Im running
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
Intel i5 650 3.20 GHz
8gb ram

Should I use to run Unbutu for casual usage

Ubuntu is fine with 512, but if you want to have great performance, instead of just good, give it 1 GB or more. But that's just a basic system requirement question you asked, which can be found on the Ubuntu website or using a quick Google query.
