Please Help me!! VirtualBox on Mac OS Trouble

I can not run the Virtualbox on my Mac OS X 10.5.8 because I have the following error:

Failed to load VMMR0.r0 (VERR_SUPL_WRITE_SYS_GROUP)
Unknown error creating VM (VERR_SUPL_WRITE_SYS_GROUP)

Result code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)
Component: Console
Interfaz: IConsole {515e8e8d-f932-4d8e-9f32-79a52aead882}

I have tried to change the group permission in the terminal but without any success.
Can anyone help me and tell me what exactly should I write in the terminal to solve this problem?

From what I read here you need to run the Repair Disk Permissions using DIsk Utility on your MAC host then it should work.

Nothing like perseverance...
Finally I wrote this in the terminal:

sudo chgrp admin /Applications

And problem solved!!!
