[VirtualBox 4.0.6 AMD64] USB Access reboots Win-VM

Post by Hobbystern »

Good Morning Everyone,

i have a big Problem with one of my VMs (the only with needed USB Access on a Alladin Dongle).

Everytime i access USB the machine reboots immediately, i have posted a bug report and tried as a workaround to disable USB.
Said, Done. Everything works fine and i got 7 days on which i dont have to use USB (the eight day i must have a sign from the dongle to reactivate the software).

I bought a USB Device Server (SX1000-great thing) and connected the Dongle with it, SC VirtualLink Software tells the vm that we got a "new usb device" and yesterday everything works fine.

Tonight the VM crashs again (the first time after 7 days) - and after a reboot and a try of usb access, i got a new reboot and so on.
The Log tells me much (if you really want - the full log is in the bug report) - the important things are here :
