I am getting this same error. I am also on Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit AMD. I tried the suggested fix, append divider=10. I am still getting the same error. I have tried with both version 4.0.2 (version Oracle had identified as what to install), and 4.1.2. Is there something else I need to append? Thank you in advance.
