Windows ME guest Help

hi, i have many problems with my Windows ME guest (my Virtual Box Version 4.0.2)
this is the problems
- my windows ME guest so lag... even i use 2.93GHz Core 2 Duo
- why i can not use my graphic driver for all my Guest OS ? on winME or win98 seems so lag, and it just can 16bit and 640x800 res. can i set the guest OS to 32bit and 800x600 res with my graphic card (i use NVidia GeForce GT220)
does anybody know how to fix this ?
