Hi I run a Mandriva OS with Virtualbox and want to run windows apps from my linux menu.
Basically I only use 1 app (IE) to log into my bank. I want to not be able to start WindowsOS to start IE, and just have a headless window OS running and launching IE integrated on the LinuxOS.
I know about VBoxHeadless but I don't know what to do after and better yet how to integrated. If anyone can point me to a tutorial, would be great.

Re: Virtualize apps integration
You can try reading the manual for VBoxManage/VboxHeadless.
You can start it in the background (VBoxHeadless) and with installed guest additions you can start apps (VboxManage controlvm ...2).
I have no tutorial for this, try it yourself.

Re: Virtualize apps integration
1. Create Desktop Shoirtcut (Right click on VM)
2. Make VM to boot into "seamless" mode, plus auto-hide Windows taskbar.
