Windows XP guest fails to load on ver 4.0.6

Windows XP guest fails to load on ver 4.0.6
I have just upgraded to 4.0.6 and the XP guest system now fails to load. It starts - XP logo appears microsoft dots appear as if starting but after 5 - 6 seconds the system changes from 'running' to 'stopping' and the operation closes down. My other guest Ubuntu loads and runs without problem. The XP guest system has worked well for the past year on previous releases. Any ideas? Host = Windows 7 64bit

Nope, that didn't work, so it looks like your log file will be needed instead. Posted as attachment please. Get it from the "logs" folder of the VM.
