I tried to Install it but got an error middle of installation saying it might stop my current OS from not working properly (on Windows XP Media Center Version Service Pack 3) saying that it is not verified to work on my current OS.
Does anyone have Windows XP Media Center Version SP3 and has VMbox 4.0.6 working?

Mac OS is not supported under VirtualBox either.

If you are referring to the Windows logo testing - then ignore it. It's a scam, not a quality mark. If you want to determine quality of a software product then you ask other users, look at independant reviews etc. You don't ask the opinion of someone who wants to sell you a competing product.
And anyway "XP Media Center Edition" is just XP with a different software bundle, not a different OS. To VirtualBox it's just XP, and it will run fine.
