Question about converting from VmWare fusion image

Hi,

On my Mac 10.6.6, I created a Windows 7 image using VMWare Fusion (v3). However, what was created on my system was a folder

~/Windows\ 7.vmwarevm

with a bunch of ".vmdk" files within it -- e.g. ~/Windows\ 7.vmwarevm/Windows 7-s001.vmdk, ~/Windows\ 7.vmwarevm/Windows 7-s002.vmdk, etc. I'm confused about which of these I need to convert, or is there a way I can have just a single vmdk file? My ultimate goal is to have a vmdk file that I can then convert (I have all the instructions) for use on my Ubuntu Linux 10.0.4 VirtualBox app.

Thanks, - Dave

Try, in Finder, "Show Package Contents" on the .vmwarevm file - you will see a .vmdk file, whose name is the name of the virtual machine you made in vmware.
Make an aloas of the .vmdk file, and drag it to the same level as your .vmwarevm file.
Now VirtualBox can work with this file, no converting necessary (best to make a backup first!).
I'm struggling with trying to virtualize Lion as a VB guest in Snow Leopard - VB doesn't like the processor type (?).
