Hi ALl thanks for your help. Because I didn't find how to make a search I have this question

I have to retype a lot of time my KEY for MS OFFICE 2010....

My Host OS could be Windows 7 64 bits or my Mac OSX
My version of VirtualBox is 4.0.6

Thanks for your help

I think better ask Microsoft for the reason.

You're needing to reactivate a lot, if I'm reading you right...

You flip-flop your guest back & forth between these two host OS's? Microsoft likes to look at various parts of your PC to see if the hardware changes enough to require reactivation, to prevent piracy via cloning of the hard disk. Possibly the two VM's that each of the two host OS's have set up are different enough in settings, such as network card MAC address, etc., to make Office think it's been cloned to a new PC.

Try making, say, the Windows 7 VM's settings, page by page of the wizard, exactly like the settings of the OSX VM. See if the reactivation goes away after just one more time...

Office 2010 might also check the hardware UUID like Windows 7 does, so make sure that part is the same too between the Hosts. If you don't know how to do this, simply copy the entire VM folder from one Host to another and add the xml or vbox file. Then you can share the VDI file, as the settings are completely the same.
