Routing through different internal Networks?

Hi,

does VBox support Routing in different intenal Networks?
For Example i Have a VM with Server 2003 Routing and Remote Access enabled with 2 NICs. 1. NIC has intenal Lan "x" to a client. 2. NIC is on internal Lan "y" also to a client. Both NICs have diferent subnetzs and the clients matching ip of the range from the NIC from the server.

So now, does VBox support this, that Client on "x" can share things with the Client on "y" through the RRAS on the Server an the two intenal Lans? It's not host only!

Nope, is not supported out of the box, you can however build a VM that routes between the 2.

If you have RRAS configured as a LAN router, it should work exactly as it does on a physical machine and a physical LAN.

The Router, in fact, is the 2003 Server with RRAS, as i said, but the two NICs from the Server have different internal LANs (not host only network!)

Will try that, need it for NAT testing, so I want to make sure, if it fails, that it is my failure and not a bug from VBox...

If 1 VM has connection to both internal lans then add some routes for each section.
