Can't Create Machine Folder (?)

Hello,
I'm kinda-no, change that- new to VirtualBox so please be patient with me.
I'm trying to create my folder (or machine), but I get this (Look at attachment):


I cannot make the file. If it is talking about my satus on this computer, I changed it to administrator, re-started my computer, Otherwise I do not know. If it is, it will not create it. What should I do?
