Playing Games on VirtualBox

Hi, I have a MacOS host and making a windows xp host. I'm trying to play Ragnarok Online here, but it seems that its not working. Somehow the setup does not detect the graphic card that the virtualbox provides, how should I solve this? I've tried playing O2 Jam offline, it works fine, but the game screen appears to be ontop of everything all the time, so as I use other programs while the O2jam offline were on, the game screen is still above my other programs. I did install the additional experimental 3D in safe mode. Is there anyway to solve this?

No way. Some games work, mostly games are not working.

Best way is to the start windows native, all other approaches are crappy by default.
