Good Day

This is my first post on this forum, as I have tried many other VM and decided the VirtualBox is the easiet and less dramatic application around.

I have a question , I have a DELL server with 28GB of RAM running CentOS 5..the questions are as follows

1. Why wont the VirtualBox 4.0.4 AMD version not install?, and the CentOS is 64 bit, but the i686 version installs

2. This leads to the next question, SBS 2008 requires minimum 4GB of RAM, prefably 8GB of RAM, but the VirtualBox 4.0.4 i386 version only allows 3.5GB of RAM, and I understand it is because it is a 32 bit app..

Is there a Dummy how to to get the VirtualBox 64 bit installed??
Thanks
Shawn
