Dialog Box when starting or stopping VM

Recently a dialog box pops up when I start or stop my VM. It has a lightening bolt in it and it seems to take longer to start or shutdown the VM. What is that all about? I've not seen it before. Is it a new feature? I'm using ver. 4.04 on PCLOS.
