Internet problem

Post by Dismuntel »

Hi!

I have a Debian 6 in VirtualBox, and I try to enter in the company network, but I don't have access to internet, but I have acces to the others PC. My network connections is:

Address: 192.168.32.XXX
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Getaway: 192.168.32.1

I try a not ocupated address, and I change the getaway to the host address of virtualbox, but nothing.
The Virtualbox have the network adapter of the host, by an adapter brigde. I test the host internet connection and it works.

Any idea where is the problem? Thanks.

Your company might have access control in place restricting machines IP/Mac addresses, talk to your admin(s).
