Help! Can't install Windows XP Home Edition

Post by JohnShooba »

I recently tried to install Windows Xp Home Edition on my Mac OSX Leopard. Everything seems to be going fine until it asks me to insert the installation disk. When I press enter, it says, "Setup could not read the CD you inserted. Why does it say this? Another strange thing is that the disk stops running at that part, I mean literally stops spinning. Please, please help me out! Thx.

If enabling passthrough in the VM settings doesn't work, create an ISO of the disc and use that instead. Works guaranteed.
